UBSM (8th-12th Grade)
UBSM is the 8th-12th grade ministry at University Baptist Church. We believe that the purpose of UBSM is three-fold: to make great the name of Christ in the hearts and minds of the students, to disciple in the context of God’s perfect word, and to help our students leave a lasting impact on northwest Arkansas and the world! We aim to reach these goals through powerful, relevant, and exciting Wednesday PM and Sunday AM gatherings, discipleship, and effective events.
The Gate
The Gate is the Wednesday Night gathering of NWA students (8th-12th grades), calling them to live for something bigger than themselves. Each evening begins with an inviting atmosphere where students feel comfortable hanging out; in turn, building community. Students are led in worship and taught from God’s perfect word, and encouraged to live out these principles in their daily lives, leaving a lasting impact on their peers. THE GATE meets every Wednesday night from 6:00-7:20PM
The Way
The Way is the Sunday morning gathering of UBC’s students. The students study God’s word in a small group setting, worship together, and receive up-front teaching. THE WAY meets on Sunday mornings from 9:00-10:20AM
Small Groups
Small Groups are the heartbeat of UBSM! Each group is compesed of same-gender students in a specific age range, paired with adults that are passionate about seeing the students “own their faith”.
