College Ministry

UBC’s Collegiate Ministry is core to the purpose of our church. It is designed and led by two full time assistant pastors, Stephen Martin and J.D. Dudley.  A dedicated staff of student leaders also supports the ministry. The church’s name and proximity to the campus of the University of Arkansas reflect the passion of the founders to make Christ known among the students and faculty. Through the years literally thousands have come to know Christ and have been trained for leadership and for their move into the business world. Having their own facility, the Chapel of the Dove, has given students space for worship, Bible studies, prayer gatherings, fellowships and concerts. LTP (Leadership Training Program) provides an opportunity for approximately 10 students each year to serve as interns in the various church ministries and programs. The students themselves raise funds for this effort. Each year the current group raises funds for the coming year’s interns.
